Fill and sign

Type into a PDF form, then add text, the date, check marks, your signature or a seal anywhere.

Form fields are found automatically, but some PDFs build their forms in ways that cannot be filled here (XFA forms, fields drawn as plain lines). Open the downloaded file and check what you entered.

Your files are never sent anywhere.

How to use it

  1. Drop one PDF.
  2. Type into the highlighted form fields, or pick a tool and click the page to place text, a date, a mark, your signature or a seal.
  3. Choose whether to lock the entries, press Run and download.

Questions and answers

What is free?

Typing into the PDF's own form fields is free and unlimited. Placing text, marks, signatures, seals and pictures is part of Pro, with one free try.

Is a drawn signature legally binding?

A drawn signature or seal image shows agreement the way a scanned one does; it is not a certificate-based digital signature. Check what the recipient accepts.

What does locking do?

It fixes what you entered into the page so nobody can change it, and every app shows it the same way.
